Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They do not return phone calls. A 2-4 day install is now over a monthlong. Broke my shower doors when installed came out today and now it’s worse. The salesman act like you have the plague he got his commission so he’s done with me. Didn’t get a permit to do my install and they are not permitted to work in our city. I keep getting the run around.
We are so HAPPY with our new shower, i feel so safe now. The sales men were great, the guys that did the install were fantastic, i was so happy that they covered the floors. When they left here at the end of the day everything was so cleaned. Super company😊

Loving my new tub shower combo! The gentlemen that did my install were punctual and worked diligently to have my install done in 2 days. They made sure everything was to my liking and specifications step by step.
Did an excellent job. Ver happy with it. Only disappointment was learning we could have gotten it done $2000 cheaper from two other contractors. Nobody's fault but our own.

Some basement water management construction gave my wife and I the opportunity to fix a big mistake we made 18 years ago when we chose a small, box store shower for our basement bathroom.
Now we wanted a large, beautiful shower like ones we used at some of hotels in our travels through the eastern US.
We talked to some shower places who weren't capable of fulfilling our dreams.
But when we talked to JR Bath we felt like we had someone who could deliver.
The sales person was Thaer. He was knowledgeable and ready to LISTEN to our ideas and then help us figure out how to get them done.
Other companies had people trying to convince me what I wanted. It turned me off. Thaer and JR Bath had a huge selection of acrylic patterns and laser etchings and hardware and doors that had me picking exactly what I had in my head as the premier shower for me.
When time for the install came, a problem hidden by the previous wall had me worried that I might not have the window in my dream shower,but Eric, a man with over 30 years of wisdom had made it happen for me. JR Bath moved a pipe that was in the way, worked around some steps and delivered my dream shower quickly and beautifully.
We knew we would see a price higher than most would expect to pay for a shower but JR Bath came in under what we were expecting. You have to pay for better stuff, but the great, 'dream shower' JR Bath provided was actually a value.

I got JR Bath from Angi’s List to get a quote for a shower upgrade. I met with the salesman and his regional manager in my home today. The salesman was still getting training, but was friendly and cordial. In my opinion, the regional manager gave the impression he didn’t really want to be there. We went over what I wanted done and how they could meet my needs.
My friend is living with me since the recent death of my husband to assist me with things. She had a situation the night before and her body needed rest to heal up. I had informed JR Bath that my friend would be sitting in on the meeting, but I was the home owner and was the one that would be paying for any work that was done.
When JR Bath got to my house, I let them know about my friend’s medical condition and that she was still sleeping and I was NOT going to wake her up for the meeting. After measuring and determining what I wanted done, we sat down to discuss what the costs would be if I went forward with their company. The district manager was doing all of the talking. He put some figures together and I told him the price was reasonable, but I wanted to discuss it with my friend who wasn’t feeling well before making a decision one way or the other.
At this time, in my opinion, the manager got angry. I heard “wake her up” and “you knew she was supposed to be at this meeting, so why didn’t you just reschedule the meeting”. When I stated that friend and her health is way up here on my scale of importance and not the cost of putting in a shower, so if the quoted price goes up, so be it.
Then I started hearing how far he had to drive to get to my home and that they would have to come out again to get my signature on the contract. I also heard, to put it in MY words, that basically I’m stupid (he didn’t say that word, but he definitely was insinuating that was what he was thinking) for not signing the contract NOW because it would cost more the next time around. I reminded him my friend is more important than money. He brings up again my friend was supposed to be there and I should have rescheduled. I was actually thinking that my crystal ball never worked and my powers of ESP suck, so I couldn’t see the future as to whether or not she would be done resting at that time. I don’t know why he didn’t use his own crystal ball or his own ESP.
The “poor me” talk and, in my opinion, the bullying, callus disregard for another’s health and wellbeing and heavy handed manipulation (also known as abuse) continued until he asked for me to make a decision. Of course my answer was for him to consider it to be a definite NO! He was really pissed off when he left. He did call me back about 2 hours later to say he spoke with his manager and could now “understand” why I considered my friend more important than money. He then wanted to reschedule another appointment. I informed him my friend was still sleeping and I would wait for her to wake up and discuss things with her.
To say the least, I was utterly appalled by the manager’s attitude and abusive behavior. If this is how this company does business, I’m shocked they’re still in business. I’m at the point with this company that even if they offered everything to me free, I would reject it. I’m absolutely flabbergasted that this manager is allowed to speak with potential customers at all. I can only imagine what treatment I would receive if I ever let them do any work at all. They will NEVER get my business - ever!!

They took the old shower stall out and put the new one in the same day. They covered the carpet walkway to protect it. Still getting used to the shower head functions. Great job.
I was incredibly impressed with JR Bath! The price they quoted was very reasonable! The life time warranty is amazing! The lead time was a little longer than they originally quoted but they were able to get it put in, in one day. Looks amazing! So happy we went with them!

Everything went smoothly from the salesman visiting my home, price agreement, ordering of my new shower materials and one day removal of old shower and installation of a beautiful new, safe shower.

On the whole, a good experience and outcome. There were some glitches in communication but the installer was excellent and the bathroom is beautiful!

Our shower system turned out to be exactly what we had hoped for. Evan our installer was very helpful in suggesting a couple minor changes to enhance our selection. He was very professional and kept the work area very clean. We are very happy with the entire experience.

The installer, Eric, was organized, professional, and performed quality work plus the installation took only a day and a half!

There are several things I would have changed had I been given more information, we are slightly disappointed after spending $$$. The shower is stunning and beautiful but functionality does not match the price point! Let's say you are buying a car and you can decide on fully loaded or not...We thought we chose a FULLY LOADED shower but it turned out not to be.

We love, love, love our new walk in shower! It was completed in one day, the quality of the materials is A+, not anything you would get at the big box stores. Our installer cleaned up all the mess. We highly recommend JR Bath.
The new shower and soaker tub excided my expectations! From the consultation with Ethan where he explained all the options and process to the install with Eric who did an amazing job and was very professional and thorough. I couldn't believe my eyes when it was finished. The wife and I are very pleased! We're definitely having them back to do our other bathroom!!
We had a bathtub to a large walk in shower conversion done. We love our new shower. Our service representative Joe did a great job at our initial consultation talking us through JR Bath's process and style selection choices. He gave us opinions when we asked and was very knowledgeable on all of our questions. After talking to a couple other companies, we ultimately went with JR Bath due to their years of experience and just overall pleasant conversation. (They never bashed other companies as others had done for example.) Our timeline from ordering to install was much quicker than originally promised which was a nice surprise. Our installer did an AMAZING job. He was very professional in the installation and in the clean up of our home after. We have been using our new shower for a couple of weeks now and have had no issues. We have gotten a lot of compliments from family on it as well. Would highly recommend JR Bath!
JR Bath was great to work with from start to finish. Great communication and they even started our project sooner than they anticipated. Very rare for a contractor. But most importantly, their craftsmanship was simply outstanding. We are very happy with our new bath/shower.

Sorry I’m a few days I leaving a review for the work you did for us. I planned on painting our bathroom today. Having accomplished that, I wanted to include a picture. Now for the nitty gritty! So here we go; perfect and way beyond what we envisioned! We had originally planned on getting a couple of estimates before deciding who th choose. Wee, that plan changed the 1st time we met with your sales rep, Ethan Coy! He was perfect, knowledgeable, someone who was honest enough to give us his opinion, and coming from the installation point of view, he knew if we were questioning wether or not something was feasible, he knew the answer immediately! Now to our installers, Dan and Ms Madison.they , like Ethan, were meticulous, perfectionists, knowledgeable, and one of my favorite things about them was the banter that took place between them. Now mind you it was like 2 good friends jabbing at each other, and that was nice to see. Any mess that was made was cleaned before they left, and best of all, a complete explanation of everything! So my review is simple, to anyone looking to upgrade your shower, this is the only place you need!

Jr Bath started with my custom order and finished with beautiful finished product. The entire process was professionally done . The installer was very professional and at the start of clearing out the old bathtub cleared out all the debris step by step. Placed new plumbing and new walls before installing the permanent shower. The installer covered up everything with minimal dust. Step by step all old materials were cleared away by the installer each day. This process took two days only and the finished shower was beautiful. Thank you Jr Bath in North Canton Ohio.

JR Bath did a excellent job converting my tub to a shower. Evan arrived on time and work hard to complete the job. He was very courteous and explained things as he went. He covered the path to the shower with drop cloths to protect the carpet. He tore everything down to the studs and rebuilt the shower using quality materials. I was very impressed with the product and the quality of the shower. Evan keep the bathroom door shut to help contain the dust to just the Bathroom. I had covered all of the bedroom furniture, but it was not needed. Thank you Evan and JR bath for a wonderful experience.

The installers of my shower were excellent, efficient and very tidy. I appreciated their attention to detail. When I tried to order an additional sheet of the acrylic material it was a different story. They gave me a quote for two 4’ X 8’ sheets of acrylic at $1500. I found this astounding!
We will have had our shower for one year next month. We were sold on the point that it would always look good and EASY TO KEEP CLEAN.
Well, that is not true. We do like our shower. We squeegee the glass doors after every use, and once a week my husband wipes the walls down. When you spend the money, when you invest in your home, you want things to look good and last longer. It looks like they applied the clear silicone with their finger to even it out which leaves the silicone very thin on the edges. It has started peeling back. We have become aware there is a tool to apply silicone properly. The repair person stated that it would be redone in the same way. We chose to try to do it ourselves with the proper tool.
Spending the amount of money we did and having this happen is VERY disappointing.

They replaced my tub with a walk in shower. They gave me a great price. Installed all in one day. Did a wonderful job cleaning up. It was a long day, but all done in 1 day. Bithe gentleman were pleasant and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend JR Bath.
I had an old one piece single stall shower in my basement. It was dirty and cracked in the bottom and leaked terribly. After the JR Bath team, Calob and Braden, tore it out, they started with just a drain hole in the floor. They were further challenged with a very small area to work in and "build" the walls even before they could assemble a shower. They also had to lay in and level a raised floor. These, and a few more obstacles,were taken in stride and they gave me a single stall shower that demands very little cleaning maintenance and "dressed up" that whole area. They kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure I knew what was happening through the whole assembly. The sales team was great also. They showed me what they were planning to do and how they were going to do it. I always get 2 or 3 companies to come out on any construction job at the house. I never felt pressured to pick JR Bath, but I'm glad I did.
I got my basement stall shower redone and custom made to fit the entire length of the hallway. It turned out amazing and Eric was awesome! I would definitely use them again.
You work pleased with the time it took to get it put in they took her tub out and found out they had the wrong shower base it took two weeks before we had any kind of shower to use when they came to install the base they didn't have enough material to finish doing the wall now that it's done it looks nice but it leaks at the door

We had JR Bath install a new shower and tub and had a good experience. The shower is wonderful and exactly what we wanted for a pretty fair and reasonable price. Installation was easy, only taking a single day, and happened within about a month of our first meeting with a salesman. Everything there was fantastic and we're quite happy with the results.
What bumps the review down a bit was some of the communication and practices of the business. The initial sales meeting took several hours more than what we were told to redirect and we felt pressured to decide and pay immediately without taking time to consider or options or get or money sorted and easy to pay. They also requested all payment be done in 2 installments by the time work began, which felt incredibly sketchy but I understood the reasons given.
Once installed, we had an issue with water leaking into the ceiling of the floor below and had to stop using the shower and bath after only one day. This became a significant problem when the office told us that only the installation tech who did the initial work could come and fix the problem, but he was on vacation, so we were stuck unable to use our shower for over a week because their policy wouldn't let anyone else come fix the problem. He was eventually able to do so and fixed the problem quickly, even connecting us with a painter to repair the stains and damage to the ceiling on the company's dime. This part of the service was great and I really appreciate his help and responsibility on getting things back in track for us.
We are quite happy with our shower now, despite hiccups, and appreciate the value we got for the work and warranty.

Converted from an old bathtub to a new shower. Wish I had done this years ago! It looks great and they completed the work in one day! Of the three estimates, JR had the best price. The representative was very prepared and super patient as I made decisions on styles and colors. He was knowledgeable and helpful. JR Bath did a nice job in my Cleveland home.
Tub and surround install. Quality of the product and installation is top notch.The ease of the design website is what we liked. We designed our bath from our dining room table with zero pressure and then called to have a quote done. There was an issue with the wrong shower doors being delivered and they were ordering the correct doors and taking care of it. The hardest part was the reliability of JR Bath to return phone calls to schedule. It is not a smooth process on that end, and we waited extra weeks to get the job completed, on the install and the shower door replacement.

Our shower is beautiful. There won't be a picture because the bathroom walls and floor needs help bad. The Gentleman that came to put in the shower did a awesome job they were very polite and knowledgeable always checking to make sure it pleased us. Issues with scratches on the glass door, extremely slow up to 4 months to get a couple of Parts added. Scratches on both pieces of glass but only one was replaced after having been looked at twice so I just gave up . The door was looked at twice the second time because apparently there was no information that showed it had already been looked at and approved to be swapped out. Had to call repeatedly over the summer trying to get this done and to get the other parts. No one ever calls you back until one day I got this text requesting this review on Google so here it is. The young gentleman that installed the shower was very professional and polite. Did a great job overall. There was a couple of things that we had an issue with though. The vibration of cutting out existing wall studs resulted in a light fixture falling from the ceiling and breaking. Cost is $140 to replace cause the main office wouldn’t replace it. Also we wanted to keep our exsisting shower head and when reinstalling it it broke and they replaced it with a less expensive single head and not the one we had with an attachment. To replace it would cost $200. Besides that we are very happy with how it turned out
Eric did a fine job. I haven’t used it yet but I’m sure we’ll get a lot of benefits from it. My wife is handicap in the seat will come in handy plus all the grab bars. The entire process was very smooth. When it came time for my install date .. yesterday. Brandon my Tech showed up on time and was very efficient. We have plans to finish and replace our floors and other areas of this bathroom and Brandon made sure to accommodate us as best as he could along the way. Even our 4 legged babies took to him 😂. He was quick, clean and made sure to explain everything to me at the end.

We had 2 bathrooms done. Both are beautiful and easy to clean. This update was well worth it! It was nice to work with this company. Our sales guy, Dan came out to our home with samples- however a trip to the showroom really helped us make our final decision on the designs we picked. He was very patient with us as we narrowed it down. We felt pricing was fair compared to another company that came out. Corey did our install - he did an excellent job. I ordered the remodel in January, and due to my family schedule the install was yesterday...6.12.23. We had the old tub and shower and updated to just a shower. I have had my shower installed now for 2 months. I love it. The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me. The job was done in less than 2 days. The walls and floor stay clean. The drain works great and stays clear of hair. The shower head is great, the handles are in perfect places, and the chair has been a great help. I strongly recommend JR Bath. My request I asked for during when I signed the papers and the installers didn't have it written in their instructions. My parents reached out about having their bathroom tub converted to a walk-in shower and everyone was so nice, accommodating and extremely helpful in answering all of their questions throughout the process. We really appreciated how quickly they were able to fit them in their schedule. From quoting to installation, it was under 6 weeks. I'm so glad we trusted JR Bath to install our new tub and shower. We had water damage behind the walls of our old shower. They did a very thorough job stripping the walls and cleaning any mold from prior water damage.
The finished product is beautiful and easy to clean. No more leaking and water damage issues.
The best part is that they did it in one day! (I will say it did take quite a while from the time we made our order to the time we were able to get our new tub - but that isn't necessarily on JR Bath. The parts had to be made and shipped.
