We replaced our builder's grade tub with a soaking tub, just in time for the cold weather! The whole process was smooth and we were kept informed at each step. Installers were friendly and professional and did a great job! Everything was completed in one day and we received a followup call to make sure we were happy with the finished product.Would definitely recommend.

I had my old bathtub and shower removed with a new shower added in with this company and I will say the overall experience has been very good.The shower looks great and functions fantastic, and the installers did a great job to put it into my closet bathroom. I even had one extra request and they helped do it for me despite it not being written into their directions.My only issues was with scheduling and that one request. Make sure you are on the schedule when they call you because the day I requested they didn't put me on and it had to be done a few days later. My request I asked for during when I signed the papers and the installers didn't have it written in their instructions. So make sure those extra things are written and documented before signing the paperwork.The installers were awesome since they worked with me and were very professional. Even after all the tearing out and installation they left my house and driveway extremely clean, as well as some of the sealant which I could use for small touch ups as needed if something in the shower didn't want to stick properly.Overall a great experience and I wouldn't mind using them again if I had to get another shower put in.

My parents reached out about having their bathroom tub converted to a walk-in shower and everyone was so nice, accommodating and extremely helpful in answering all of their questions throughout the process. We really appreciated how quickly they were able to fit them in their schedule. From quoting to installation, it was under 6 weeks. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel!

I'm so glad we trusted JR Bath to install our new tub and shower. We had water damage behind the walls of our old shower. They did a very thorough job stripping the walls and cleaning any mold from prior water damage.The finished product is beautiful and easy to clean. No more leaking and water damage issues.The best part is that they did it in one day! (I will say it did take quite a while from the time we made our order to the time we were able to get our new tub - but that isn't necessarily on JR Bath. The parts had to be made and shipped. We ordered in May and didn't get installed until late August)We did have an issue where a pipe leaked after the job was complete but they promptly repaired it and there are no more issues.

I purchased a home with an outdated bathroom. It had an odd shaped tub/shower combo that was pink. I wanted to convert to walk in shower.I got four in house estimates from companies advertising on Google. But I called J R Bath because they were at a home show near my house.Jeremy came and gave me great ideas and a fair price. He advised that my shower may not be installed until Sept.It is August and my new shower is done! I love it.Evan did total job himself. Total removal of old tub into perfect shower in less than three days. He did amazing job.Very satisfied with my experience.

We had a bathtub/shower installation. Our team of Madison, Corey and Tony did an excellent job. The prior tub enclosure was taken out by us so the new install was in one day with just minor adjustments on the second day.Our sales agent Steve was very nice and accommodating to our schedule and helped with the questions we had. Yes I would recommend JR Bath for your bath needs.

It was great working with Jeremy on the design process for our new walk-in shower. He made the selection process easy, and informative. We were also impressed with the installer, Corey.
