The top photo is a tub/shower combo we installed in 1992. The tub/shower were in perfect condition: no cracks, mold, mildew, or damage. The customer is getting older and needed to have a lower barrier to step into her shower. We also did a little updating at her request with brushed nickel fixtures and a new window trim kit.
